Orders How do I place an order?

Add products to cart, choose a shipping address, and place the order with Cash on Delivery or online payment.

Membership How do I become a Prime Member?

Go to Member Registration (Prime Member) from the header Work with us menu, or buy an offer card from Packages / Prime in your account.

General How can I get support?

Open a ticket from your account Support page, or call 728 600 6001 / 728 600 6002. You can also email alljoymalls@gmail.com.

Orders What about returns & refunds?

Contact support with your order number within 24–48 hours of delivery for eligible return or refund requests.

Delivery Which areas do you deliver to?
