💰 Total Investment: ₹1,50,000 (per mall):
₹1000 – Advance Booking (initial registration for mall)
₹70,000 – At the time of Mall Opening
₹80,000 – Hand Cash (to manage inventory, working capital, etc.)

Note: If member count exceeds 500, the investment required for mall setup may increase.

• Partner must find a suitable shop space in their mandal.
• Rent of the room/shop to be borne by the partner. Alljoy Company does not take any rent.
• Mall Maintenance, Staff Recruitment & Salaries are the partner's responsibility.

• Alljoy Mall operates only 2 days per week (weekly).
• Total 8 working days per month.
• Lean model, low manpower cost, limited operating hours.

• 50% of the profit from each Membership Card will be shared with the partner.
• Full profit clarity will be provided through an accounting mechanism.

• A partner can open a maximum of 4 Alljoy Malls across different mandals.

• Only products supplied by Alljoy Company can be sold at Alljoy Mall.
• Partners are not allowed to sell third-party products to maintain consistent branding and quality control.

• Create Franchise Partner Brochure.
• Design Membership Campaign Posters.
• Draft Legal Agreement (MOU).
• Register Partners via Google Form or Website.
• Track Membership Card Holders (Real-time tracking system).

• This service is provided to offer high-quality products to Alljoy Members without any profit margin.
• Please adhere to the booking rules for fruits and vegetables orders.
